It is also important that you will be avoiding soda. It is soda that is high in acid and sugar. And it is these things that can damage your teeth. It is then cavities that will start to form once you will have weak enamel.

You also will need to avoid alcohol. Since alcohol dries your mouth, it decreases the saliva in it. It is bacteria that will grow once you will have dehydrated mouth.
